Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your fragrance & Accessories, but if you aren’t completely satisfied, we are here to help.

How to Start a Return

Please email our Customer Services Team at nafa.accessories01@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund…” to initiate the return process. Do not send items back without first contacting us. We will provide you with the correct returns address after we have received your return request.

Return Period & Condition

We accept items back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Usage: We understand you need to test the scent. We accept returns on perfume bottles that have been sprayed 1–2 times only. We cannot accept bottles that have been used more than this, and such items will be returned to you.
  • Proof of Purchase: We recommend keeping your proof of purchase or order number handy to help speed up the process.
  • Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Sample vials (included in packs or purchased separately).
  • Accessories such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, phone lanyard, rings having usage signs such as scratch (due to hygiene regulations).
  • Any perfume items that have been used beyond the 1–2 spray testing limit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during their return transit to us.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Returns are generally processed within 7-10 days of receipt.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Bundles & Promotions

  • Bundle Sets: Products bought as part of a bundle set must be returned as a complete set for a refund. If you wish to keep part of a bundle and return another part, you will be charged for the individual products in the bundle. For example, if you return one item from a bundle of 3 and decided to keep two items, you will be charged with their individual prices.
  • Sale & Multi-Buy Offers: For promotions such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or “Buy One Get One 50% Off,” the refund will be prorated. For example, if you return one item from a multi-buy deal but keep another, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the original full-price value of the items.

Free Gifts

Any free items received as part of a promotion must be returned if you are requesting a refund for the qualifying items.

  • If you return part of an order and the value of your retained items falls below the threshold required for the free gift, the free gift must be returned unused.
  • If the free gift is not returned, the full retail value of that gift will be deducted from your refund amount.

Accessories (Earrings, Necklaces, Phone Lanyard, Rings & Bracelets)

Your peace of mind is important to us. If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, we may be able to accept a return depending on the condition of the product within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on accessories if they show any signs of wear, including scratches.

Returns for faulty or damaged items will be fully refunded.

Lost Returns

Please check your return tracking receipt to ensure we have received your package. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during the return transit. If your tracking shows delivery to us but you haven’t received a refund confirmation within 7 days, please email us with a copy of your tracking receipt on nafa.accessories01@gmail.com.


A Note on Communication

If you email us regarding a return and do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.

We may ask for photographic evidences of the damaged products
